Vinyl Silicone Oils are vinyl terminated polydimethylsiloxanes with a vinyl content that decreases with increasing viscosity. In order to achieve different hardness, vinyl polymers can be used as base polymers or additives. These polymers are vulcanized with hydrogen-containing silicone oil curing agents and platinum catalysts.

1. Base Material: Used for the production of vulcanized silicone rubber, mixed with cross-linking agents and reinforcing agents to prepare high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber raw rubber.
2. Liquid Silicone: Main raw material for injection thermoforming silicone rubber, mold glue, and electronic potting glue.
3. Modification: Reacts with polyurethane and acrylic to create new materials with enhanced weather resistance and toughness.
Packing: 25kg/drum, 50kg/drum, 200kg/drum, and 1000kg/IBC tank. Customizable according to requirements.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Keep the original package sealed. Shelf life is 12 months from the production date. Must be kept tightly sealed to avoid deterioration.
