V-Series Vinyl Silicone Oils are vinyl terminated polydimethylsiloxanes with a vinyl content that decreases with increasing viscosity. In order to achieve different hardness, vinyl polymers can be used as base polymers or additives. These polymers are vulcanized with hydrogen-containing silicone oil curing agents and platinum catalysts.

Used as the base material for high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber (HTV). When mixed with cross-linking agents, reinforcing agents, and colorants, it creates durable raw rubber components.

Ideal for liquid silicone rubber (LSR). It serves as the primary raw material for injection thermoforming silicone rubber, mold glue, and electronic potting glue.
Polymer Modification: Reacts with organic materials like polyurethane and acrylic to enhance weather resistance, toughness, and durability in coatings and modified oils.
